Returns & Refunds Policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at dynastyjewelry.help@gmail.com       within 14 days of delivery.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • The item shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • Proof of purchase is provided

For hygiene and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry

  • Engraved items

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned damaged due to improper handling by the customer


Return Process

  2. If approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.

  3. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Returns must be shipped using tracked delivery only.
We are not responsible for items lost or delayed during return shipping.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required by law.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item

We reserve the right to issue partial refunds if the item shows signs of wear or damage.


Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.


Responsibility & Risk

Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they are successfully delivered to us.
We strongly recommend using insured and tracked shipping for all returns.
